I am in the same position, pretty much identical. I have phoned them myself once so just figured it was that - if they're just going to tell me the same thing, i'd rather they update somebody else. Do let me know what they say - one call is better than two in these times.
For what it's worth I...
Hi Sam
are you using an extender or mesh network? The extender will only work at certain distances whereas the mesh is more flexible.
This is the the type of thing I’m talking about:

If we’re all feeling let down, imagine how the mods must be feeling right now. It’s a tough gig, don’t forget that. It seems a cliched thing to say, but you don’t know how the person at the other end of the post/monitor screen might be feeling.
Something’s amiss. Wonder if they’ve had some large commercial orders. All speculation of course but it’s a good way to wile away a Friday evening.
I must say this thread has given me some food for thought. I’ve waited so long a few more days (weeks?) isn’t going to make a difference, however...
^second that. I did the same with my home and they work great. Do note though the ‘discs’ you can pick at Amazon - the white ones - only work with the older generation of BT hubs (‘smart hub 1). The newest version (‘smart hub 2’) has different discs - black ones - that I believe you pay BT...
I would ring them to clarify. If you call early on tomorrow they’ll likely be able to advise what stage your machine is at and whether not not it will be despatched. We can only speculate in here.
I can only speak of my own experience but no, it doesn’t seem so. I believe they should contact you once you’re at the build stage. I guess its this way because their stock replenishment is all over the place (due to already highlighted global supply issues). It just wouldn’t be practical to...
It doesn’t look like it to me. I’ve just totted up my order (including changes) and ran the current order through as a new system and it’s coming out more or less the same. It was fag packet stuff though. If you are concerned I’d run a similar exercise yourself.
I don’t think that exists on PCS. It does on overclockers but never noticed it here. It would certainly make my life easier if they adopted a red/amber/green system. Losing track of the number of changes I’ve made (although it’s less than 22!)
I'm afraid to say i've sold you a lemon here. From a conversation I had this morning, stock isn't allocated until the build. My apologies for the confusion, I am sure I read otherwise somewhere on the forum.
Just to add some additional information on the PSU situation, I spoke to PCS this morning and it appears the RMx series - specifically the 750w variants - aren't going to be in stock until at least the 29th June. I didn't clarify if that affected the other wattages of this variant of PSU. This...
I wouldn’t base your expectations around what you are told as the situation seems to be changing daily. There are loads of examples in other threads of people being guided to a particular point in time and then being left disappointed when it doesn’t enter building. From my own experience I...
You may have misunderstood. It has been me constantly upgrading my parts over the last few weeks that has drained my wallet. I just can't leave it alone. I'm weak.
