I have experienced the same issue today for the first time after receiving the PC maybe 2 months or so ago.
To read that you've had to RMA twice is quite ridiculous to me?

Cheers for the quick response.
Do faulty PSU's also cause damage to other components when they fry themselves?
Do you have any information on the timeframes of the RMA process during the current climate?
Hi, I received my PC from this company approximately 3 months ago. Probably less. The specs are linked below.
Today I turned my PC on and witnessed a spark at the top of the case, followed by a loud popping sound. I also smelt the distinct odour of burning electrical components.
The PC has...
Windows is now installed onto the SSD. The Seagate drive has disappeared from BIOS however. It's listed in Disk Management as Online and Unallocated.
EDIT-
I've formatted the drive and everything is now working as intended. Thank you for the contributions, I really appreciate it. I'll rest...
I'm currently performing the fresh install of Windows. I've attached a screenshot of the current partitions. Before I create any more snags for myself, could someone be kind enough to take a look and give me a quick steer? Cheers.
Am I right in thinking that I'm simply to select Drive 1...
I've ensured that the SSD is the only option in the boot priorities. The boot override is also the SSD. The problem persists.
The only other two options are the IPE4 & IPE6 PCIes. The HDD is not listed as an option. Any other ideas?
My PC is now failing to boot properly after running a Windows update. I'm getting Error 0xc0000225. I imagine the cloning process has caused problems for the PC.

Less than ideal for a first attempt at using the PC. Nevermind. If anyone...
That's brilliant, I'll get it done when I'm back at my desk. So I'm just cloning the entire Seagate contents onto the SSD? Are there any follow-up actions such as removing Windows manually from the Seagate? Cheers for the assistance.
Hello all,
I've collected my PC today and it's running very smoothly. Overall I'm very happy with the build and have no complaints.
Upon inspection, it seems that PCS have installed Windows onto my storage drive and not the M.2 SSD. Drive (C: ) is clearly listed as Windows and is definitely the...
Today is the 21st working day since I placed my order. This morning I entered the build phase and a few hours later it was being tested. I called PCS and they confirmed that they're still allowing customers to visit their facility for collections. The helpful member of staff on the phone told me...
Many thanks. My friend has been putting together a prototype cryogenic freezing chamber. I've put myself forward to test the machine's capability and will be freezing myself this evening for approximately 10 working days. Bye for now.
I noticed that the Corsair H100i is now out of stock until August. I placed my order 9 working days ago and am currently in Pre-Production. When I placed my order, the H100i was in stock. Is that item already allocated to my order at this point? Or should I expect delays? Cheers
Thank you @SpyderTracks, those suggestions look really good. I'll do a bit more digging on the specs before I purchase. Is a high quality HDMI cable the best way to connect a monitor these days?
The prices seem to vary quite heavily, from what I've seen. If £350-400 could net me a decent one I'd be happy. I'm currently on a 24" monitor and the size suits me very well.
I thought I'd enquire in this thread about a suitable monitor to go with my system, instead of creating a new one. I was thinking of a 1440P 144Hz display, primarily. I wonder if the system will be able to maintain 144FPS across the board? Cheers.

Cheers for your input bud - I've already placed the order for the custom build which Scott suggested. I did also dial down the cooler to the H100i as SpyderTracks recommended. Overall I'm chuffed to bits. This forum gave me the nudge in the right direction.
