Thank you ever so much @ubuysa - you have genuinely been so so helpful and wonderful during all of this.
Unfortunately, I was already on the phone with them before I saw your reply and it's going back for a full RMA tomorrow.
I have used that tool before and have got the issue after it's...
Ok, I actually cried this time :(
It came back to me with a new motherboard....it's just blue screened again.
The stop code was WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

I did call, he said he can't guarantee the PC won't get sent back to me as it may already be booked for pick up today but he has left notes on the RMA that I am not happy with the diagnosis.
If it is sent out again I am just going to refuse delivery
Another update!
The PC was picked up on March 26th for it's second RMA.
I've just had this email
I....could......scream. It is NOT a Windows error.
The RMA had this thread linked, an image of the stuff on my monitors when it crashes...Windows has been cleanly re-installed twice (one by me...
WELP!
it just crashed again with the new 3070 in it, the same thing on the monitors when it crashes

One thing I have just noticed, it seems my RAM has been turned down to 3200mhz rather than the 3600mhz the specs say when I bought it - would there be a reason for this, and is it something I'd notice in PC performance?
I'm a little worried I've paid for 3600mhz RAM but I'm not getting it?
A quick update!
I've just got off the phone from PCS, a very lovely gentleman went over your post and is in agreement with you that it is indeed the GPU that appears to be causing the issue.
I have utterly lucked out and there is another one in stock so a new 3070 will be arriving tomorrow and...
Good morning :)
I uninstalled Bullguard when I originally got the PC, when they sent it back to me after the RMA it was a fresh Windows re-install and it was back on again, I just hadn't got around to uninstalling again, it was on the to-do list but as it was happening previously without it...
Thank you so very much for your input @ubuysa!
I did point them to this thread in the RMA and I'll do so again as it has a lot more information than before - I'll be calling them in the morning.
Thank you for taking time out of your Sunday evening to go over the logs for me, at least we can...
I forgot to add - this is what I see when it reboots, this stays on the screen for a few seconds before the PC will reboot itself.
It's always the same no matter what application is on the monitors, black background, white text and weird RGB where images or graphics should be.
This picture is...
Hello again everyone!
Just an update...and not a good one.
The reboots/crashes continued, it was RMA'd and sent back to me with the diagnostic that it was an incorrect BIOS setting.
Aaaand, it's just had an identical crash/reboot. I could cry :(
I'll be calling them tomorrow, but in the...
Good morning!
Just a quick update, memtest was done and it passed, so the next stage later today will be the clean re-install of Windows.
@jamiephillips909 - if you'd still like a photo I will get to it when I can. I have a chronic illness and I'm still feeling the effects of taking delivery...
Hoooo boy!
It's interesting there were errors from the 20th because the PC wasn't ordered until the 22nd and arrived the 23rd - if it was showing errors previous to those dates then I feel like it shouldn't have passed QC and been shipped.
I did think of a Windows re-install myself, but I was...
Ahhh, I thought the scan that @AgentCooper said to try did it, I had no more reboots all of last night or from 10am this morning, but alas, it just happened again :(

I had a couple of Windows updates, so installed those, updated to today's release of graphics card drivers and I just got a random reboot just now, no BSOD or changes to display, it just rebooted (again, playing a game) :(
I forgot to add to the original post, the code for the BSOD was...
I'll get on to that now!
Thank you all so so much for the speedy replies, I was not expecting that! I'll report back once I'm blue in the face with updates ;)
Thank you again!
No, I had no idea I had to. I did have issues initially setting it up as when I first powered it on my monitor or mouse and keyboard weren't working so I had to hold the power button down to try and restart again (which worked).
