PC restarts/locks up

Thank you ever so much @ubuysa - you have genuinely been so so helpful and wonderful during all of this.

Unfortunately, I was already on the phone with them before I saw your reply and it's going back for a full RMA tomorrow.

I have used that tool before and have got the issue after it's updated the drivers, but I did run it just now and it's installed stuff again but I've just reached the stage where I'd rather they take it back and look at it properly and sort it out.
It's emotionally draining getting my hopes up and then it happens all over again.

I shall keep you posted!

I guess looking through the thread here I see so many possible culprits that you start to wonder what is the one thing they all have in common - and power supply sprung to mind!

But it sounds like you may be honing in more with the Chipset Drivers - fingers crossed.

Honestly, I don't know what people would do - or PCS would do for that matter - if you weren't around this forum. You should be paid! Actually, hang on a sec, I'll pay you myself......
