I emailed them Friday morning and the person said it would be “in building” during Friday but it’s still in pre-production. So annoying.

Thanks for all the advice but just had a email from PCS saying it’ll be in building today. I know it may sound stupid going ahead with my current order but as I said this pc doesn’t have to do me years and years. Just left school and am not into a job yet. Also not into much fps demanding games...

That example above is about £90 more expensive including me having to upgrade the WiFi card. Yeah it may be worth it in the short term but I’ll be wasting money if I plan to upgrade components next year.

I’m not planning on trying to future proof this system, I’m short on money atm already going over my original budget. I’ll probably upgrade almost everything inside it when I have a job next year.

I don’t think so? I just picked the budget that goes up to £800 when ordering as it worked out cheaper, so that’s why I believe.

I went on and tried, but only have options for 2400 MHz weirdly enough.

That’s what I presumed after coming onto this forum but I thought they contacted you directly or updated the order online. Depending on what component is missing if there is I might be able to change.

I don’t have access to phoning them until late afternoon. Last time I emailed it was around a 3 hours timeframe so hopefully similar. If not I’ll phone later on.

I’ll go I’ve contacted them via email for now. I just find it strange that people are receiving their orders before me who ordered after me and went for the same build time. I can only presume there’s a part missing or an error in the system for now.

Yeah, when I first ordered the average was about 9 days, it’s up to 11. Must be inaccurate though.

Hope so. I was estimated dispatch by Wednesday when I spoke to support last week. Although can’t complain as it’s a estimate. Hoping it’s dispatched by Monday or something.

I ordered a day before you and I’m still on pre-production. Did you opt for fast track or just standard? Funnily enough I went for the same case and blue LED strip, looks sick!

Well good luck, mines has been in pre-production for “15 working days” ordered on the 28th. Their running a few days behind schedule as they’ve had a few days off between Christmas and New Years. Hope yours comes sooner.
