Is there any way for me to test that? Like limiting the performance of my laptop? I stilll haven't gotten anything back from PCS, but I already drained the cooling box because I expect them to want me to mail it to them
Sure! Mine is charging normally without the water cooler though, so it seems to be a cooling box only problem. I have sent PCS a message through tech support section and will drop them another email today to see what they recommend. I think I would be fine if they sent me another charging cable...
Update: I got confused reading the manual. The cooling box apparently does not need its own charger, you connect the computer's charger to it and then its DC cable to the computer. I have done this but my laptop is not charging for some reason
Hello, my liquid cooling box seems to have come missing a power adaptor and my recoil 16' doesn't seem to have an input for the cable that comes from within the cooling box. I have double checked all boxes that came with my laptop and found nothing, also the cooling box came in with water...
Hello, I have removed a swollen battery from my laptop just today. It is working without the battery as expected but I just wanted to be sure I am not forgetting to do something (there is a cabble attached to it, which I do not know if I need to keep it with me along with the screws), will post...
Yeah me too, contacting PCS would be a hassle because I'm in another country right now, tried tech support and emailing them, got nothing back and it has been a week. Tried talking to the online saleshelper to see if they could help but they were just as clueless as I am... I might just try my...
There is one in the middle and it feels lose but it won't completely come off, I'm reading a few old posts and it seems there are screws under the rubber supports but the info is pretty old and for an outdated model, I might remove the rubber supports to check for screws
I think it is NLCA but I'm not sure which one is the model number so I'm going to attach pictures with this message,

Hello, I'm in desperate need of instructions in how to open my laptop. I tried taking off the screws but the plate just wouldn't come off. The fans are full of stuff and it I'm getting CPU bottlenecks at 95C along with high GPU temperatures (85C), I've tried contacting custumer support and...

I'm trying to get into the BIOS but I can't seem to get it to work, which key is the one I should press? I tried esc and delete but neither are working.
Thanks for the advice, can I use an external HDD to complete this process? I'm keeping my data in it too so will it work with my stuff in and and windows immage? How do I boot from the installation media?
I
I'm not familiar with that process, can you please explain how I do it? I'm backing up some games right now but I don't have an idea of how to wipe the entire data
So I should just format the pc using the windows configs and then plug a USB with the immage? Will the windows key I bought still work after that? Is there a way to uninstall windows and keep the data intact?
Are you sure that is the best method for it? I have alredy installed a bunch of games in my computer and backing them all up will be a pain... Will intel graphics also show up along with the panel? What other issues will I run into if I choose to keep it like it is now?
Ordered it without windows. It came with windows home installed but no key, I bought a windows pro key from amazon for a much cheaper price and used it without any problems
