Please give me a solution to this problem. Bt open reach came down and detected the issue is to do with my pc. I tried ethernet on motherboard and that did not work. Connect via WiFi it still does not work Disconnect computer from Internet then my Internet works. Strange problem

Should i get a graphics card and lower the cpu specs and motherboard specs

So I should go for 16gb ram So that processor doesn't support integrated graphics? How come it's going through?

I have monitors. Standard ones. Its stored the pc and backed up on one drive. I would say we have already used 400gb

We do have a lot of office files. So I will require a decent amount of storage

I mainly use it for general day to day office work. We run an ms access database on it. We also run standard excel spreadsheets etc Also standard word processing. I don't really understand all the specs and don't know what to choose.
