Reinstalling it seems to have fixed this issue; however, when I run the test, it's saying "an error has occured" and "workload produced no results"? Know what this could be?

I seem to have this message show up in my 3DMark for Firestrike. Know what the issue could be? I thought it might be that I didn't have the latest 3DMark, but it says I have, though every time I click "check for updates", it gets stuck continuously looking for updates. Any ideas how to fix this?

Received my Ionico 17.3" today. I'm happy with it. Solid, aesthetic build. Updated Microsoft all the way through and made sure all my drivers are up-to-date as well. Spent the day configuring everything. I can confirm that my BIOS is only letting me choose between iGPU and MSHybrid. I suppose...

My Ionico 17.3" has been dispatched and will be delivered tomorrow at 33 working days.

You can buy these super thin webcam covers off Amazon, where you can slide it to the side when you want to use it, and slide it over the cam when it's not in use. I'll deffo be investing in that, so it's worth looking into.

Your laptop looks black? I thought grey was the only option, or is it a dark grey? If black was an option, I'd have taken it.

If PCS have the link to CC 3.x, then why don't they just install that for us upon building the laptop? Doesn't make sense, they're just creating more work for themselves.

Spoke to a rep on live chat and they said my order had been picked and was ready for build at around 7:20am. They must really be busy because I'm still on pre-production and it's approaching 6pm. Well, at least I know they have all the components I've asked for.

Awesome! Although I'm still in pre-production and my invoice says order date was 25th Jan, but I was accepted for finance on 27th Jan. So I'm assuming they've used the latter date for my queue position. Projected to start the build on Friday, 5th March. Hopefully, they might get started on it...

It's Day 26 for me, still pre-production, and at this point I've locked myself in my bedroom and started urinating in glass jars like Howard Hughes.

Genuinely curious: If there were so many issues and they're not recommended, then why have PCS stuck with this supplier and used this chassis for their flagship laptop of 2021?
