I really doubt anyone would deliver whatever in my town passed 5 PM.
And Tech support being unable to tell me where it is worries me.
We have low lifes hunting any package that could be PS5 or XBox Series X size in delivery hubs since Covid.
OK so Fedex didn't fulfill is "next labor day" delivery so I am asking a refund for the express shipping. If they cannot do the service just not propose it.
The last tracking was the package leaving leeds yesterday evening and no more since.

Mine has been taken as well at 6:30 pm.
Here in France you can only dream about anything being picked up after 5pm thus my scepticism.

I live in France so yes there will be customs and paid for 1 day delivery and fast tracking.
It is strange that everything as gone so smoothly until now (computer ready to ship on Saturday) and that they take a whole day (and maybe more) to have the parcel picked up. We don't know if this is PCS...
They could have offered all of you pre orders the fast tracking as it seems indeed that those who have paid for it like I did are getting the computers faster. Once again it was the fact of not knowing how many pre orders they would have to treat that made me do the step and pay for the fast...
OK mine is due tomorrow as well but by Fedex. The fact it has not been picked up yet makes me doubt about the tomorrow delivery knowing it will have to go through customs
Anyway, I guess the tongfangs arrive without keyboard and they put whatever keyboard has been chosen in the configurator, so not all keyboards would be the same.
Moreover, I doubt a faulty keyboard would pass the "test period" phase I think it is just an artefact from the picture angle or whatever.
My Ionico has been finished, tested and given to Fedex. Fedex estimates a delivery on Tuesday.
So computer ordered thursday , and send on Saturday the 3 working day dispatch is really not a joke and definitely worth the 69 euros.

I have taken the RTX 3070 ,64 GB of memory so it wasnt the default configuration. I guess they had to open it to change the memory at least. I also had the zero pixel warranty just to be sure.
