When I rang up support when my PC arrived and it didn't work, we troubleshooted then he said he would set up the RMA for the next day, so the next day the RMA got approved but was also supposed to be picked up that day. The only emails I have got after that was the email confirming RMA approval.
Unfortunately, I don't have the time to sit on hold for 2 hours, its just going to have to wait until Monday, its just more time being wasted day by day.
So its been 3 days since RMA approval and the collection date and I still haven't heard nothing from DPD or anywhere else on if or when it will be collected. Is this normal or is it just going to take more time and come for collection right when I am at work?
The support was fine, two hours on hold notwithstanding, but it still is a souring experience and drops my expectations for it being fine second go around.
Arrived yesterday, side panels where on the opposite sides and the IO cables where unplugged, and after phoning support and getting them plugged in right, it would turn on but wouldn't connect to the monitor, so the support set up an RMA for it.
Thought as much even though it says the collection date is today, I'm already prepared to wait another month at this point, but it is still depressing.
