That's confusing. I've emailed support to check so I'm sure they'll point me in the right direction. I'm just happy my GPU is performing well now. Thank you ever so much for your help @ColEyt @SpyderTracks

I DDU'd and ran Time Spy at 2400 MHz. This caused a crash just before the CPU test. Thanks to your update I lowered the MHz to 2387 and Time Spy finished the test.
I think we might be getting there now. :)

So I tried starting a game using 2500 MHz. This causes the game to crash and the Radeon defaults back to Automatic tuning ( 500Mhz ).
The windows notification message tells me '' Default Radeon WattMan settings have been restored due to an unexpected system failure''
I can raise the Max...
I've also been monitoring the fan tuning. When the PC is idle the fan isn't kicking in until the temp hits the high 50's. A quick look at the advanced settings for fan tuning confirms this. Is this a setting I will need to change or shall I leave it as it is?
After setting the max frequency to 2000 I ran both Games again on max settings. ( Witcher 3 and Battlefield 5 ) During gameplay the FPS remained at a steady 60 fps. The GPU ran temp between 53 and 65, the junction temp never hit over 69.
I've run Time Spy again and the results are much better...

Here's the default.
And I've changed it to this.
I'll try some games and I'll run the Time Spy again. I'll use the AMD overlay for keeping check...
Hi guys. I received my PC last week. Today I've finally had a chance to set it up only to see it struggle with FPS. Witcher 3 and BF5 were struggling to maintain 25-30 FPS on the lowest settings possible. I'm currently using a Samsung G5 monitor (1440p) The ''Time Spy'' score is concerning when...
Ahh, that seems to be the back of the fan. I can feel air blowing through. I can't see the spinning part as there is mesh there. I'm such a noob.
Thanks Aletax!
Hi guys. Just took delivery off my new build and it's great. This is my first ever custom PC so I have a question. Is the fan sitting at the back of the case a spare or should it be running?
The spec and a picture are below.
