    Ha! forgot there was also a webcam and soundbar plugged in. The culprit was the soundbar. not sure why that would cause the problem. but its solved now! Cheers, Pete

    Apart from the usual suspects (Wireless mouse & keyboard) the only other USB device is a desk fan.

    Thanks, it appears to be a dodgy volume control on a Razer keyboard, disabled that and all seems to be good now. Thanks.

    Does anyone know how to get rid of the annoying soundbar that keeps randomly popping up in Windows 10... I have tried disabling all the audio devices that weren't being used, but still no luck. Thanks in advance. Pete
