Why does it take so long for my computer to get to the POST screen

From pressing the power button to the "Press F2 or Del to enter setup" screen takes about 30 seconds. Does anyone have any idea why? my spec is below...

Ha! forgot there was also a webcam and soundbar plugged in. The culprit was the soundbar. not sure why that would cause the problem. but its solved now!

I suspect the soundbar might be appearing as a USB drive to the BIOS, and it attempts to read it or even boot from it. Removing it allows the BIOS to skip past this and straight to actual boot drive.
