Managed to fix it after some tinkering
went into HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\ and deleted the disallowed folder, now i can access what i couldnt before
had some random freezes so i wanted to check the event window, but then also my soundbar wasnt connecting so i was trying to go into device manager to remove it so i can reconnect it via bluetooth but couldnt access it
I have a new build with PCSpecialist, had it now 2 weeks
there are certains things i cant seem to access such event window or device manager, it says i need admin access but i already have full control admin access
any help?
As Counting Down has stated, i wont be doing any 4k gaming, maybe very rarely i may game on something which i want on 4k (though i am mainly a PS5 Gamer)
Reconfigured from Steveyg suggestion and taking into account i may not need as beefy GPU and CPU

I will be gaming on my asus screens, they not demanding games so. I don’t really need a 4K resolution on them hence why I went for those monitors, if I do play something beefy then I’ll play it on my 4K tv which has my ps5 connected to it

Background ive had 3 pcspecialist builds in the past, my last one a few years ago, the GPU blew, taking the mobo and cpu with it so i just ended up buying a prebuilt from currys for £1000 (£800 with the discount)

got my new rig today, and i checked my cpu, and it shows to be running at stock lvl 3.5 when it should be at 4.4, in this common? i saw someone else had the same issue, but in past i havent had to tax my cpu to work in overclock mode, it should still say overclock...
