Thanks a lot for all the suggestions! It turned out to be interference, I moved the cables out of the way, and was able to connect to 5Ghz and got much better speeds now. Thanks again!
I updated the driver to the latest version a few days ago while investigating this issue, also tried a few older drivers from https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19351/windows-10-and-windows-11-wi-fi-drivers-for-intel-wireless-adapters.html
Thanks for the suggestion, unfortunately, it didn't work, still getting the same when connecting using 5Ghz, the network is really slow and eventually, it drops.
Thanks for the reply! I forgot to mention that I do use google Wifi with Hub 3.
Connecting from PC to either google wifi/hub 3 only works using 2.4ghz. Once I connect using 5Ghz, the internet connection gets really unstable with 0.14mbs download speed and frequent drops.
