I am looking into a CPU upgrade to be installed by PCS. I can see the old CPU will be returned to me but will the currently installed CPU cooling be used on the new CPU or do I need to include that with my order?

I was able to use a USB to boot to Windows Repair but none of the options have worked so far.

That didn't work. Could be needing to return to PCS.

Thanks for the help but the PC will not boot into Windows fully. It eventually cycles to a login screen but will not progress beyond that.

Second screen = second image in my post. How do I move past that to the desktop so that CrystalDiskInfo can be installed?
