Hi there! There's definetly a bit we could change about this build. AMD have really taken the CPU crown recently while Intel are falling a long way behind. I'd recommend a read of this thread if you're interested in why. We could also make adjustments to case, storage, and CPU cooling. That said, before we continue, we'll need some more info

1) Monitor- What monitor will be paired with this PC (either make and model or resolution and refresh rate would be great)
2) Uses- What will you be using this PC for? Gaming? Streaming? Editing, anyting else?

Im only going to be gaming maybe start 3D modelling again on the side nothing serious just fun, I don't have a new monitor yet but I plan on getting the ideal monitor to take full advantage of the specs👍I never considered AMD only because I have never had any experience with it.

What's your budget for this monitor or do you have any in mind? For a 3080, you'd be looking at monitors from £650 all the way up to £1200, it's a very beefy GPU, and requires an equally beefy monitor. We could always adjust how the budget is spent to make way for a monitor if need be. And that's fair enough on AMD, a lot of people haven't but they're paving the way right now and day to day, how you use your computer won't be any different

I have a rough estimate of £800 for a monitor don't really want to go above that but will if I find it is worth a little more, I may have a look through AMD options see what is possible, everyone wants the most they can get out their budget I may have to do more research into it

wow thank you so much I will look into these options really appreciate this👍👍 I think after using a 4k tv for gaming and movies etc I have become spoilt so 3080 with 4k it will have to be 😁

This would take you over the budget a bit but I think it's worthwhile. At 2K I can't recommend a 5600X as I'm fairly certain that the gaming world is going to move onto 8 core gaming as standard pretty soon. Most of the systems we recommend with the 5600X is with the idea of having the ability to upgrade. At £2k I don't think we should be upgrading the CPU around the corner.

The 2 options are to swallow the cost, or to drop the GPU down. If you drop to the 3070Ti it's still a 4k GPU, it's just more around the 100fps mark. It's perfect for 1440p ultrawide as well at high refresh. The 3080 would just be the icing on the cake for 4k gaming.
