0d error while turning on PC

Good morning,

My company bought me a PC Specialist computer.

I just turned on the computer for the first time yesterday. However, I'm having a 0d/ C5 error whenever I turn it on. While doing some research, it seems like its something related to RAM.

I did try to swap the RAM cards and reboot the computer but nothing happened.
What should I do? Are my RAM cards defective by any chance? How can we solve this since I need this computer to work?

Here are my specs just in case (I'm sorry, this just autocorrect everything to portuguese):

Were there any beeps when you started up the PC, if so how many and were they long or short beeps and in what order (eg. 1 long followed by 3 beeps is one example it could be) - if its more than one beep then its an error code and it can help point in the right direction for troubleshooting

Hey Rakk!

There are 3 noises, one is longer followed by two smaller noises and then I get the yellow/orange LED light!
Here's a quick video showing you the noises!

Thank you!

When you moved the RAM did you simply swap them into each others slots or did you try to the two free slots?

0d is usually a RAM fault of some sort

The more detail you can give us the better

I did try to use just one RAM card on the A2 slot (the furthest to the right) and nothing happened.

I might have some old RAM cards and I was thinking about trying those just to see if those RAM cards are not working of it's something related to the Motherboard!

Any tips would be amazing!

In the meantime, PCS support just messaged me with this:

reset your CMOS battery (located under PCIe lane where GPU is located. GPU will need removing) and then trying to boot the system with only one RAM stick. Furthermore, make sure the display cable is connected to your GPU ports!
