There are threads on here looking at the difference between AMD and Intel, well worth reading.

What is your reason for going with Intel.

I like them more as a Company, and as well many people pick 5900 with 3080 RTX, don't wanna be stuck in a situation when is no 5900 CPU but is 3080, so 3080 will go to next person and later be reversed situation :)
I know about AMD is wee better in prize = quality but I don't mind to give my money to Intel as I said, I like them as a company (hope this don't make people hate me xD)

Have a read through these.

additionally, interim Intel CPU out in a few weeks, which Intel admit they are replacing but do not know with what yet.

now with all that information, your mate telling you... you still going Intel?

I would also strongly recommend AGAINST intel, they are awful CPU’s stuck on a 5 year old architecture and extremely insecure.

i read topics which Gavras provided and this make AMD really better choice to go

What's your max budget?

What monitor are you pairing it with? What resolution and refresh rate or make and model if you're unsure?

What kinds of games do you play?

Budget is not a issue as i already spend around 2.5K on this setup, but i would keep it around this price tag, maybe put some more.

My monitor is Legion Y44w-10, 144hz and Resolution is 3840x1200

I play games like Destiny 2, Skyrim, Cyberpunk, Apex, Kingdom come, Witcher 3

So if we said £5000 for the PC? We need a budget to work to.

The 3080 is totally unecessary for that screen, it's a 1080p Ultrawide.

so lets say max budget is 3K :)

but like i said i would prefer for this PC be long lasting that's why i went for 3080 even if i won't play in 4K, wanna keep high FPS for long time :) hope that make sense

3080 won't magically improve you're experience over a properly suited card, it's just wasting money as the performance will never be used.

On any gaming system, you match the GPU to the monitor and upgrade it when necessary, that way you actually spend a lot less and get better performance in the long term.

Whatever card you've got in there you aren't going to get over 144 FPS as that's all the monitor is capable of

Thank You so much, and as well another Question, Why two separate Hard drives instead of one 2TB M.2? ( i think this 2 TB will be enough for me tbh i got now 1TB HDD + 256 SSD and i cant use all of this space)

Storage doesn’t benefit from SSD speeds, plus SSDs just die when they fail so you lose all your data, an HDD degrades over time so you have a chance to move your data and replace the drive before it fails.
