I agree, he's not attempted any kind of fault finding, just complained and sent it back, it's probably not configured correctly yet and a simple fix.

Oh, didn't notice it was the same guy. It seems quite hard finding reviews, unboxing or benchmark videos on the Octane III though.

How awesome would it be if PCS had MSI laptops. I'm loving the 15.6" GT62VR with the GTX1060 except it comes with 16GB RAM when I only need 8GB and a HDD (which I don't want at all).

And I think that's why PCS sell custom PCS and laptops where you can customise the specs.

Sure. Except, I'm just not into their chassis models for the GTX 1000 series.
