17.3" ELIMINA® PRO Not Being Able To Pick A 1st Storage Drive (Closed)

Hello, I hope your day is going well, I am not sure if this is the correct place to ask this, but when configuring the 17.3" ELIMINA® PRO I can't add a 1st storage device, however earlier in the week when I was configuring the laptop to find the price I could add one. Is there any reason for this?

My guess is it is a glitch in the system somewhere as you should be able to...it might be a temporary thing

However, looking into it, I wonder if it doesn't allow a 2.5" drive and it was there before in error

I have had a look around and on 2 other websites selling the same chassis, neither offer a 2.5" drive as an option or list it in the specs

I think you'll need to confirm with PCS on this one

Fair enough, thank you for your help. On second thought I may not even need a 2.5" drive as they are slower than an M.2 drive, so i might just get a 1TB m.2 drive instead.

Looking at the detailed spec on the Elima Pro page it seems there are only two m2 slots.

Yep, every Tongfang this year have only 2 M.2 slots. 2.5" era is gone.
This applies to Elimina Pro, Ionico (and Maybe Optimus XI, but I'm unsure if it's a Tongnfang).

The Optimus XI Pro (TongFang) depended on whether you had the Intel or the AMD chip as to whether there was room for the 2.5" drive.

AMD - no room. Intel - room.
