17.3" Elimina screen - failing after nine days

Hi all,
I received my laptop 9 days ago and two hours ago the screen has gone mental. On full white it has only black horizontal lines. On full black it has multiple coloured lines and they brighten up gradually. I hope the attached pics are good enough.
I already contacted Tech support, but no answer so far. Do you guys have any idea what this is? Is there something I can do or will I have to send it back?

I reckon you'll have to RMA that, that's not good

Yeah , I say RMA... that does not look good at all and not something you would be able to resolve yourself .

Apparently I could've solved it myself. The screen is not connected properly, but, unfortunately, some of the back screws don't want to come out. RMA it is indeed.

Yeah if you've got stubborn screws best to RMA, hope turnaround isn't too long
