Hi, there are two switches in control center that controls this, under EZ Switch and Lighting. Have you got both on?

Yes, I had tried it already and gave another try. Bit nothing makes it work. So, I think it might be a real fault on the light.
I have sent a email to PCS and I'm waiting for them to answer.

I have installed the whole gaming center and all the hot keys are working. Although nothing lights the led bar up.
What intrigues me is that I have noticed it straight away and the laptop has just arrived, so they should have been able to pick that up. But I guess that with the other things working they did not notice.

And it’s not disabled in control center?

No, I have tried to switch it on and off several times on the control center and it does not work.

When mine arrived all that was enabled by default so it is looking like a fault. Pity as it's a great laptop and a small thing like that can spoil the enjoyment with the hassle of getting it fixed. Hope you get a satisfactory resolution soon.

As @harrymason260 says, sounds like a hardware issue. Give PCS a call, sorry to hear that, shame.

Hi Guys I just did the test for my keyboard backlight and lightbar below the touchpad.

I did on following order as pictures I will attach:
1. On Ez switch after turning on both keyboard backlight and LED Light Bar nothing happened.
2. After turning them on went to lighting, turned it on but still nothing because brightness on top right was at minimum, then after increasing brightness lights started to show up then switched to LED Light Bar on the bottom and followed the same procedure and as you see on images lights work great

Thanks for the review. I was thinking of getting this laptop myself so It's interesting to hear your thoughts on it. One question I wanted to ask was if the speakers are any use? Is the sound quality any good? Also does the laptop have Soundblaster Atlas or Soundblaster Cinema?

Hi,
I'd like to ask if Vyper 17 includes integrated MUX controller (having an option to manually disable the integrated graphics and runs directly off of the nvidia gpu). There is an US version of this chassis with MUX switch. Thanks for your answers.

"I have contacted the relevant department in regards the switchable graphics and they confirmed that the Vyper 17.3 has the option in the bios so you can control that in the bios."

Has any of you had that problem with the Vyper 17?

Yes, @Ambassador Spock had the same problem on his keyboard.

i have had this problem with mine since I got it (2 months late) but I had to keep re-enabling the key lighting in the bios and that fixed each time but if it resets or you turn it off the change reverts, so now i just leave the light bar off and keep the keyboard on.
