It will be a different cooler set for the upcoming chips. Everything is new pretty much.

AM4 coolers will be compatible with AM5, so current gen air and aio coolers will still be applicable in an AM5 build
They will be compatible, that doesn't mean you should use them. B350 was made retrospectively compatible with 5000 series Ryzen, doesn't mean you'd spec one on a new machine as you knew full well it wouldn't work optimally. AMD's ethos is to support existing hardware wherever possible, but that's to support existing users who are upgrading, not for new builds.

If you had a 360mm H150i then sure, use that, but a previous gen AIO below that size is not going to be suitable for anything other than the 7600x IMHO. 5800x had a PPT of 100W, whereas the 7700x is 142W. Obviously we won't know particulars until 3rd party reviews but based on power envelopes and current leaks from engineering samples, it's a pretty educated guess.

But above this, you're looking at almost double the 108W TDP of 5000 series at over 200W for the 7900x

PCS haven't stocked over 280mm up until now, there's no way anything under a 360mm premium radiator and pump will be sufficient enough to cool the higher chips.

I'd say it's an odd mix. You have some very high end parts (arguably excessively so!) but have gone with a last-gen CPU. Personally I'd rebalance this just a little.

The key questions:
  • What will you be using the computer for?
  • What refresh rate is the monitor? (Or make and model.)
  • What's the budget?
If you could give the green configuration link from the "post to forum" page, that would also be super helpful.

Doesn't seem like a great mix to me. It'll work, but you can spend your money better. Here's what I'd go for:

Case
CORSAIR 5000D AIRFLOW TEMPERED GLASS GAMING CASE Really excellent case
Processor (CPU)

Intel® Core™ i7 16-Core Processor i7-13700K (3.4GHz) 36MB Cache Much superior CPU
Motherboard

ASUS® TUF GAMING Z690-PLUS WIFI D4 (LGA1700, USB 3.2, PCIe 5.0) - ARGB Ready Wholly adequate motherboard
Memory (RAM)

32GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR4 3200MHz (2 x 16GB)
Graphics Card
10GB NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 - HDMI, DP, LHR Overkill for 1440p, but not stupid overkill
Graphics Card Support Bracket

PCS GRAPHICS CARD SUPPORT BRACKET
1st M.2 SSD Drive
500GB SAMSUNG 980 PRO M.2, PCIe NVMe (up to 6900MB/R, 5000MB/W)
1st M.2 SSD Drive
1TB SOLIDIGM P41+ GEN 4 M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD (up to 4125MB/sR, 2950MB/sW) A 980 Pro as a second drive seems excessive to me
Memory Card Reader

USB 3.0 EXTERNAL SD/MICRO SD CARD READER
Power Supply
CORSAIR 1000W RMx SERIES™ - MODULAR 80 PLUS GOLD, ULTRA QUIET
Power Cable
1 x 1.5 Metre UK Power Cable (Kettle Lead, 1.0mm Core)
Processor Cooling
Corsair iCUE H115i ELITE CAPELLIX RGB Hydro Series High Performance CPU Cooler I'd personally rather a 280mm radiator to a 240mm one -- much larger
Thermal Paste

STANDARD THERMAL PASTE FOR SUFFICIENT COOLING
Sound Card
ONBOARD 6 CHANNEL (5.1) HIGH DEF AUDIO (AS STANDARD)
Network Card
10/100/1000 GIGABIT LAN PORT
USB/Thunderbolt Options
MIN. 2 x USB 3.0 & 2 x USB 2.0 PORTS @ BACK PANEL + MIN. 2 FRONT PORTS
