So sorry to resurrect and old thread, but Alienware announced a 1080p 500Hz monitor at CES in January, well it's just been given a price point and availability date

Alienware's 500Hz gaming monitor now has a price and will go on sale March 21

First announced at CES 2023, Alienware's outrageous 500Hz gaming monitor is going on sale later this month.

It's 24.5" 1080p IPS
It will come in at $830 so I'm expecting around the same in GBP

These kind of shenanigans are what causes distress and really hertz me.

Bit pricey for a secondary monitor, I mean my G5 seems small compared to the 34" Gigabyte

If I drank a lethal amount of caffeine, I'd probably be able to use one of those monitors for a few minutes before the overdose happened. Not sure it's worth it! 🤔

This is well worth a watch, they compare it with a 240hz LG OLED, and everyone agreed the OLED was a superior gaming experience.
