Bought 2 Pc from PCS.
First one ordered on november 2020 arrived 1 month later in perfect conditions.
Ordered 2nd on december 2020, on april 2021 still waiting it I changed graphic card with an available one. Assembled, tested and sent within one week, I waited 10 days to have it (paied for 24h delivery). Opened package (no exterior scraps) I found: mobo installed not properly and crooked I couldnt use upper 4 usb ports, ssd nvme installed on wrong slot (not under mobo featured nvme cooler), wrong place installed case fans (2 upper, no rear).
Turned on the machine appeared a bios message which tells me to connect power cables to the video cards and the pc did not boot. I had to open case by myself, arrange mobo position, move ssd and fans to correct positions, reconnect video card power cables. Sent a lot of mails, asking how was possible to deliver a pc assembled and tested (tested? It didnt even turn on!) that way, complete of photos, I never received an answer with exhaustive expalnations, only cicumstance answers, also they never apologized for that mess. Asked more than 2 times for the 3 month warranty extension, they use to give after a review. Of course because they know I wound have given a bad review.
Really bad assembly job, no after sale service, really big problems of language (I'm italian speaking, they seem have no italian well speaking ppl who help properly).
Also sent me wrong link to write a review which redirect to laptop spec forum page and asked me to attach 3 photos: tried to attach a 7 mb photo it tells me its too large, tried to attach them anyway.
Worst experience ever.
