Could you post the full specs from the order page?Hi, so I recently noticed that sometimes my keyboard would flash on and off and I would also get a pc stutter out of nowhere while in games. It is pretty worrying, any advice?
(Same model of laptop as in previous threads I made)

What were the temps in game? Was playing skyrim and I didn't have any big heat from the laptop, doubt it was that.
How do I check it?What were the temps in game?
That has no relation to actual Temps. You need to use something like HWMonitor and run stress tests with prime95 and heaven benchmarkHow do I check it?
I mostly just rely on how hot the laptop got on touch honestly
The thing with keys was pre ssd installation. Actually managed to get the 2 keys fixed... at least for now. They have same glow as the rest.In this thread: https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/forums/threads/general-setup-advice.84611/page-2#post-644185
you mentioned that two keys were not lighting up properly on the keyboard and now the keyboard 'flashes' at you - have you got the LEDs on or off? or do you mean its on, then flashes and goes off?
Also, you mention that you were going to be putting in an SSD - have you done this and if so, did it involve removing the keyboard to get to the spare slots at all?
I'm asking as it might be that you have disturbed the delicate ribbon that connects the keyboard to the motherboard/chassis and as such you may be better of checking this in the first instance.
Even if you did not remove the keyboard it would be best to check these connections.
Erm, I might need some help with that tbh 😅That has no relation to actual Temps. You need to use something like HWMonitor and run stress tests with prime95 and heaven benchmark
If you don't use the right screwdriver you'll shred the screws, you have to use the proper sized head.Argh great, I cant open the case again... screws are almost like glued in xP any idea if it's possible to replace screws as well? It seems me having tried to open the case last time didn't help making it easier this time. Screws got pretty roughed up. Still can hold a grip when stuck but yeah.
I did. Problem is the screws were so tightly screwed in even with the right fit they wouldn't turnIf you don't use the right screwdriver you'll shred the screws, you have to use the proper sized head.
