The entire queue is about 9 days.
Build time is the quickest, takes about an hour, then testing for around 12 hours, if nothings wrong it's despatched.

Oh, I asked this questions because I’ve seen people say “20 days, 21” and something else but yeah thanks

Oh Someone in pcs said it takes 3 weeks.

None of us work for PCS so best to go by what they say. 3 weeks is 15 working days

Probably been told to say that to manage expectations.

Hi all, just wondering how long is testing time? Cause I’ve been on it since yesterday at 2:00 pm
Generally I've seen it to be 0.5-2 working days presuming they don't find anything that needs fixing
If it takes longer than that it could be that they've found an issue - or there was a holdup in testing ahead of your build.
If they find any issues then notes should be added to your order in your PCS account

It’s at awaiting dispatch and I have a question. When will it be at the “order dispatched” stage? Also it went into awaiting dispatch at 4:51 pm.
It will move into despatched status when it has been collected by the courier 👍

When do you think it will be dispatched? And do they do delivery’s on Saturday if I ordered the free delivery?
As has been previously stated, none of us work for PC Specialist so any answer to that question would be pure conjecture. DPD collect daily from PCS, it may have missed the boat, so to speak.
As for Saturday delivery, you’d only get that if you requested it and paid for it. If not and your order moved into despatched status today, you could download the DPD app and upgrade (for a fee) to weekend delivery.
Otherwise it’ll be delivered on the next working day after the courier has collected it.

Yeah, 😂 it’s actually been a quick process, pre production was 5 days, build time was 1 day, testing process was 1 day and now it’s on awaiting dispatch, i asked pcs when my order would be dispatched and they said this Monday and next day delivery so I’m happy, definitely will be ordering from pcs a lot more, and my little brother wants a gaming laptop for his birthday so I’ll hopefully get one for him, just hoping the pc is going to be good.
