this video might be 10 years old, but it still really applies to using Lightroom and despite being 2 hours long it really is VERY useful and worth watching regarding how to use and organise your photos in Lightroom.
Hope it helps. Look for some other videos by this guy as he has done some other useful ones (I cant find at moment) - i think he did some TED lectures.
