There is absolutely no reason to go with a 360hz monitor unless you're playing competitive shooters at 1080p at the very highest level i.e professionally, except for wanting MoAr FrAmEs.

How many tabs do you have open? I just opened 50, plus a streaming platform on a separate display and it only used 15GB. 64GB seems excessive and 32 would be fine, but it's up to you. It'll just mean that most of it sits there dormant. Not value for money, but if you're not bothered then no real harm done.

Just to be clear, I like that Alienware because of it's quality and clarity rather than the ridiculous refresh rate. I totally agree it's unnecessary.

They do exactly the same panel in 240Hz, absolutely pointless getting 360 other than wasting money and being able to show off to your mates who are equally clueless.
