Advice of specification

Hello All,

I hope you are enjoying Twixmas as much as it's possible to do presently.

I would value any advice on the spec below. I mainly play FPS and role - playing games and don't tend to on-line game much. The PC would pretty much be purely for gaming as I will use my laptop for other tasks. I am pretty happy with the CPU, motherboard and graphics card combination. I'm not so sure about memory, cooling and the two drives size/configuration - its about 6 years since I last upgraded and I wasn't familiar with the 2nd drive use until recently.

Anyway any views at all would be great. Steve

Hello, thanks very much. I have £1,300-£1,400 to spend, including the monitor. I hadn't realised it had gone our of stock. I had looked at the 5600x so I will look again, it does seem a big benefit for not a lot more money. My present PC works ok for now so I am willing to wait for components. I did go for a more powerful CPU at first but was prompted to reduce on the build screen. I notice you mentioned the case being not ideal - is there any you would recommend instead?

Thanks again. I have reconfigured most of the changes suggested to see the difference in price. Did you mean the 3600MHz for the vengeance? Also I can't seem to find the 512GB M.2 200M/R SSD on the drop-down options
