How come this has no fans. It doesn't mention top fan support?
No idea why it isn't mentioned on the PCS site, but it has space for three 120mm fans in the front, two on top and one on the back, so it can fit a 240mm AIO on the top or a 360mm one on the front. I believe it has one front and one exhaust as standard.

Where are you reading that? In the specs it's listed as having 2 front fans and one rear fan. You can see the rear fan in the first pic.

Or are you confusing fans with RGB?

I do like the case, it's says it's 10cm smaller in depth then the coolmaster option in my spec which would suit me better. I assume the smaller depth wouldn't be any cause for concern? I would need to order fans for it though? I would like 3 RGB on the front and the coolmaster lite 240 liquid cooler to be on the top. Meaning I won't need the back fan?

Apologies I over looked the fan at the back the first time. It doesn't mention top fan support in the description.

If you want a case with RGB fans, get one of the ones with it included! I was just offering a more restrained alternative.

All the mid-range cases are fine for your uses as long as you avoid the quiet ones. Anything with mesh on the front will have you covered. I believe all the mesh cases support roof mounting for the AIO. I wouldn't get too concerned about it though. Top mount doesn't perform as well for your CPU. It's swings and roundabouts as the difference is minimal.

It's difficult at times not to go down a rabbit hole, the reason we aren't making much of a deal of the top mount query is that there isn't really much to advise/consider.

If you really, REALLY, want to ensure top mount. Give PCS a call with your request and they will advise a combo that suits perfectly. Otherwise I wouldn't want to state anything as fact and then it turned out that PCS installed it on the front anyway.

I can definitely confirm, do not buy silence cases. They are horrible for cooling and in the end fans have to be set to higher RPM resulting for more noise anyway.

I have P400S case, performance was so bad the front panel was always off. Recently i finally got the Mesh front panel, ever since temps are super cool and pc is silent. Downside is dust tho xD

If you are choosing case, buy stuff with mash in front as a general rule of thumb, you cant really go wrong with that.

That mash is going to make a real mess of the inside of the case, especially if it is served with gravy 🤣

Thank you for your advise. After much thinking and tweeking I have placed my order.

I changed the RAM to the PRO RGB 3200 and it was cheaper? I changed the processor cooling to the H115i RGB, I will message them to put it on the top. They dont do a single RGB rear fan so I will get somewhere else and install it when it arrives. I changed the PSU from 750 to 850 for future expansion possibilities. This should be a solid build that will serve me for years to come :)

Any advise welcome...

you have not heard me attempting to talk in danish lol xD i might as well be on the level of bigfoot danish xD
My Danish is not good at all, although I used to be able to count and manage a few phrases in Norwegian, I was led to believe that Norwegians and Danish were quite similar, but I might be mistaken, I was pretty fluent in French, but am now very rusty and my German is even rustier. I did also learn Italian and Cantonese at evening classes, but nowadays the most translation I need is usually from Doric (north east dialect of Scots) into English.

I can speak Yeti and Sasquatch fluently, but my Snowman is abominable 🤣

I really shouldn’t make fun of language, especially on a forum with many non-English speakers (although most foreigners speak better English than the natives). In my defence, I have been laughed at in a shop in Italy. I don’t know what I said, but it seemed hilarious. Perhaps I mixed up some words.

Well I only been learning for half a year, and am only in this country for 15 months. So getting there slowly xD

The irony of supply and demand, I guess more people are opting for the RGB RAM hence bringing prices down.

I would personally drop the cooler down to the H100i which is still overpowered for that chip, but nice and quiet. The H115i is complete overkill really.

The rest looks good.
