Sorry to drag up this thread... just a quick question if I may.

But do I need certain hardware in my PC to make it work? The monitor is HD...

Hi!

Yes, PC's have been "hd" for the last decade or two so problems there. The GTX 460 will be able to go much higher than any reasonably priced monitor can resolution wise.
