advice on pc build

im trying to get this build to be as cheap as possible while still being able to run games at a good fps at high graphic settings. any advice would be much appreciated.

It's not actually cheap, it's insanely expensive (around £2300), as the platform is so old (coming up 5 years), it will only last a few years before you have to completely replace it. So it's actually over about double the cost of what a decent entry level system would cost over the expected lifetime ( 8 to 10 years ), a good entry level system costing about £1700 currently

Even during that time, the experience would be poor at 1080p and it would just flat out not be able to play newer games.

It's a terrible system. I'm afraid you just can't cheap out on a gaming PC without paying far more in the long term. There's no way it's worth that money.
