AMD bug report

I have started to get an AMD Bug report caption on bootup to desktop. It does not say what the problem is, just for me to complete a report and submit it. It asks for what program was running when it happened etc. The only problem is I was not not running any game or specific program, merely booted up the PC. Everything seems to be running okay!
Any clues?

If you press the report issue it goes on to ask about the game/program you were opening etc.

The drivers are updated through the AMD Radeon software, currently showing as Version 21.4.1 :-

Can you fully uninstall bullguard if it’s still installed?

Also are all windows updates installed including optional ones?

Could you also post a screenshot of your device manager, no need to expand the device categories?

Windows is only showing a preview for Version 21H1 but the system is already showing as 21H1 anyway. Bullguard is not installed or was ever used.

Just finished doing the above. The AMD software gave me a choice of the same driver or an update. I noticed that the same driver option was a repair and it was indicating that was the preferred option, (I also checked to see what the newest driver version was), so i have gone with the recommended version and see what happens.
