Another missing SSD Drive thread

Hi, Sorry I am stumped about this one. For a few months, I have been working without one of my SSD drives. I just haven't got round to looking into it as life got in the way. It's getting to the stage now that I really need it. It is literally not showing anywhere. I am new to PC as a former Mac user I haven't a clue what to look for inside.

I think it happened after a Windows 10 update.

It's the 512GB PCS PCIe M.2 SSD (2000 MB/R, 1100 MB/W)

Here is my spec:

Is this where I'm looking on BIOS? Seems like the one marked N/A
Thanks

It does appear not to have been recognised. I would try removing the troublesome drive and reinserting it fully. We have had one or two M.2 SSDs need reseating in this way...

Can you remove your graphics card and take a picture of your board. The first M.2 will likely be above the GPU and the 2nd M.2 will be on the bottom - below the gpu.

Simply unscrew the m2 screw, pull the ssd out and then put it back in, making sure there is full contact and then screw it back in with the m2 screw.

(you will need a 2mm screwdriver head)

Similar to this... M.2 1 is circled, with gpu pcie lane right below and then M.2 2 is at the bottom.

It would appear to be. If you take a closer look at the label it should confirm that it's the 500GB offering rather than the 1TB one.

I'm guessing it definitely worked at some point previous?

The 2nd other one should be under that black & grey cover above the GPU and below the CPU cooler.

The bottom one is the one to take out and reseat. Double check though on the label, that it is the 500gb
