I would change the Ram to 3600mhz and power supply to 550 as you dont need all that power, and add a 1TB hard disk, the rest seems ok to me!
But if u have a budget then don't add the hard disk!

Thanks, I've selected the 650W because the recommendation for RX 5700XT from AMD site is 600W. Will I not encounter any issues with 550W PSU?

Before we can suggest a system we need to know a few things:

What's your max budget?

What monitor are you pairing it with, what resolution and refresh rate or make and model if you're unsure?

What's the build for?
