Monitor I’m thinking acer predator xb273.
Work is mainly excel and using web based software for construction drawings.
Always had Intel and stuck with them really, never considered AMD

A 3080 is wasted on a 1080p screen, with the budget you have you’re much better off going 1440p... what’s your maximum budget for the whole thing, monitor and PC?

This system will destroy the Intel build and it’s cheaper than your original spec, I could potentially suggest monitors too...

If you've got your heart set on a Predator (and they are pretty nice monitors to be fair), the XB273UGS is the 1440 version, and is available for around £500.
