where did you read the 3pm rule btw? I spoke to live chat and they mentioned mine will be dispatched today... this would mean I have 25 mins!

It’s booked in with DPD, it has to be booked in by 3pm to be collected that day.

It won’t be despatched until it’s collected at the end of the day.

Absolutely none are being sent out before 14 days so why you were told it would be with you last Friday I don’t know but that was obviously false.

Remember, bank holidays are not a working day and there was a bank holiday at the end of May.
