Today is the start of the 11th working day and the status has changed to "In Building"! (I got an email notifying me of this btw)
I think they are still going to be in the ballpark of "12 to 14 working days" - so kudos to them for that!
Me too! What are the chances it gets dispatched today as well? 🤔Aaand into testing same day.....

Dang, I was hoping it might arrive in time for the bank holiday weekend. I guess it won't be delivered until mid next week if it's not dispatched today. Ah well, there is always hope...Unlikely to test in less than a day IMO, hopefully away tomorrow if they are working the Fri
You can call up and order Saturday delivery.Dang, I was hoping it might arrive in time for the bank holiday weekend. I guess it won't be delivered until mid next week if it's not dispatched today. Ah well, there is always hope...
I assume DPD don't deliver on Saturdays?

Well if you find it doesn't get dispatched in time for Saturday delivery you can then ring them and change it back to normal weekday delivery (and get the money back that was extra for Saturday delivery)Thanks, I was just looking at that. Although I would only want to change it if it would definitely arrive this Saturday. I wouldn't want to call up and change it to Saturday delivery only for it to miss dispatch tomorrow. Then I would have to wait another whole week until Saturday 30th I assume?
She doesn't know? Oh man, are you in trouble. [emoji23]At what point do I need to tell my wife I bought it? When it arrives?

You can use it as much as you like for 14 days and cancel within that period. Same with any web order.
Just say you've borrowed it from a mate who has emigrated.... You are gonna be in the crap anyway, so what's another white lie between a couple. Just remind her that it's still cheaper than a new wardrobe of clothes (then run!)At what point do I need to tell my wife I bought it? When it arrives?
