I updated my Asus bios as a windows update kept making a blue screen of death appear.

After updating the bios, windows 11 no longer loads also lost the pc specialist logo.

Did you seek permission from PCS to update your BIOS?

7.9 We reserve the right to suspend the warranty or refuse service if your Case, Motherboard, CPU or BIOS have been replaced without authorisation.

Flashing the BIOS is never the first step in troubleshooting a BSOD. It's always going to be the very last step.

The reason you've lost the PCS logo (and gained the Asus one) is because that splash screen is in the BIOS.

Windows operating system does not load.

It keeps going into bios.

Or a blue screen appears and goes if I press escape.

ok when it goes into the BIOS, can you take a photo of your boot devices and post it here

When you update the BIOS, any custom settings tend to be reset.

So, if PCS set the BIOS up to specifically boot from the SSD and that's been reset, it may be looking for a drive in a slot that is not populated.
