Alpha isnt to do with MoH, its to do with previous use of battlefield and you have to be signed up to the newsletter, beta is MoH related.

If you dont have the alpha you can just download it.
I got my friend to get it off his pc then put it on my xbox. Easy

Download it? from where? Surely you would be refused access to the servers if yourt not officially part of the alpha?

My friend has one of those J tag xbox things
He got BF3 and gave it to me on his memory stick, I put it in xbox *BAM* Bf3. Theres atleast 500 peaple playing it, there must be a major flaw somewhere.
