Been out of the game, Is this looking ok?

I've been away from the computer game for the last few years so haven't really kept up with everything. Helping a friend put together a pc, but thought i'd best check my working here first! She is wanting it to mainly stream and game. It's mainly the motherboards that i'm now out of touch with but the selection is slim. Also would she be better heading for an AMD GPU?

New hardware is to be announced any day mate with with like a release dates very soon. I'd honestly recommend waiting for a couple weeks before going for anything to see how that shapes out, by all early accounts it's going to be a major step up

As for the motherboards being short I'm sure that's anticipation of the new platform that's about too release, they are going to be using all new motherboards
