Best specs available under £2,000?

Hey,

Basically I want to build a PC predominantly for gaming (games such as Call of Duty/Warzone/GTA Etc). However, I have NO KNOWLEDGE about PC's and what's best.
Therefore, could I ask you what would be the best specs for me?

(maximum spend £2,000)
(not 4k gaming)
(monitor included)
(any other accessories can be additional costs such as webcam, keyboard and mouse)

FYI, I am switching from Playstation5 to PC.

Did you say the "AMD Ryzen 7 5800X Eight Core CPU (3.8GHz-4.7GHz/36MB Cache/AM4) (Pre-order Only)" is suitable?

When it states Pre-order only, does that mean the CPU isn't out at the moment?

PS5 ? or did you mean 4? if 5, isn't that like only just come out, just curious of why the switch.
