Thanks for the feedback. It's important that it works across all browsers and operating systems, so we'll try dig deeper into this. Has anybody else experienced this? Is anybody else using Windows XP?

Works for me using chrome on XP.
Edit: Also works for me on XP using Firefox and IE.

Just a note, it works fine for me on my home PC (Chrome, Win 7).
