Bluetooth problems

Hi guys. I have got a TUF Gaming X570-Plus based PC built by these good fellows last September. I am really happy with it but I am having problems getting the PC to connect to my S9+. The phone sees the PC but will not pair. The PC does not see the phone on BT when I try to add a new device, (it is okay with the USB lead). BT is set to auto in Services. Checking on line all the Youtube videos seems so easy but when I follow them I have no success!

Am I missing something? All drivers are up to date.
