Hey all
Got an issue, I updated my icue software yesterday and everything seemed fine.
Went to start the pc this morning and everything looked OK but no signal being detected on either monitor. No led on my keyboard. I shut down and was about yo restart when I noticed the red triangle and exclamation mark on the icue lcd display. I've tried powering down fully etc etc but nothing working so far.

Any ideas help greatly appreciated

That system came with Windows installed as you cannot proceed from the configurator with Recovery Media selected and no Windows...my guess they just blanked that out due to the key. Doesn't cover which WIndows it is but partly answers that
Yeah if wondered if that might be the case but still handy to know the exact flavour that's installed

Apologies folks, yea I blanked it out due to the key.
It's win 11 home 64bit
Also it's a icue 150i if that makes a difference.

I wouldn't have thought updating icue would impact display output. Does it even POST? Any beeps from MB when it turns on?

Morning. The only reason I was thinking the icue is that's the only thing that had changed in the previous 24hours there is no beep, no post. I press the start button and the system appears to go through the startup but the monitor comes up no signal. I've tried different leads to both monitors I also disconnected everything so it was just a single monitor and still no signa, I did this with both.

Hi B4zookaw

I tried as you described but I couldn't get it to boot in safe mode. There has been a slight change, I am in discussion with tech support it may be a Motherboard or ram issue. I did get the PC to boot after discussion with the tech person to one monitor by removing the Ram and only having one stick in the first ram slot but if I add ram or try different ram configs I get no signal to the monitor again. Also if I turn off the second monitor then turn it on after the initial boot all of the desktop icons dissappear so both desktops are blank... I'm no PC expert and the advice and tips from everyone here is really appreciated.
I will keep you all posted on the outcome and if anyone has any ideas then please let me know.

@SpyderTracks yes, installed the update. Played around for a couple hours. Then my next boot up was about a week later. Nothing works. I’m getting a little orange light saying ‘VGA’ on my motherboard.

Do you know which update you applied? This is very odd behaviour for a software update, or was it the cooler firmware that updated?

I Remember downloading the Corsair update and that’s about it. I have the steel series software. Not sure if it had an update though.
