Honestly don’t know what to do at this point. As it’s completely disabled
Hey Donnie

I have been in touch with tech support and they asked me to check the seating of the Ram and GPU which I did. It didn't help but I decided to try only one stick of Ram in the firdt slot and I got the pc to boot onto one monitor. ( I normally have 4 x16gb sticks) If I try to connect both monitors I lose all icons, it's a weird one. If I put more ram in it just doesn't boot again. Really scratching my head.

Would be worth checking your windows update history when you're next in to see if anything applied at the time you rebooted and the issue first occured.

If it is down to iCue, then you need to fully uninstall it off the system, also, run a clean of GPU drivers with DDU

Then reboot, reinstall GPU drivers and deal with iCue separately

UPDATE-
Took both ram out and cleaned. I put one back in and bios appears. What do you think the following steps should be to achieve start up

I’ve uninstalled ICUE AND installed the ‘new’ one off Corsair website. But it’s still V.4.33.138 and underneath it says loading error

The latest is v5.1

But the download page seems to be slightly broken as it doesn’t show it if you use the drop-down…however it will show if you type “5.1” into the search bar…

So in conclusion. I’ve done everything as stated. I found out that 1 of my ram sticks will load up pc. The other one don’t. Assuming faulty ram stick. I’m going to completely reset the pc. And try both. If that ram don’t work I’ll need a new ram stick

Evening all.

Just an update to the original post.
After some great help from the PC specialist team it turns out that it was an issue with the ram. I had contact with the guys over the weekend and i received some shiny new ram on Tuesday and hey presto the system booted after changing out the ram.the system feels like it is running better than ever but that may be because i was running with 16gb for a week :)

Once again thanks to all who posted with potential solutions and help and a big thank you to Stephen M from the tech support team.
