I have recently purchase a notebook from pc specialist and most of the time is working fine. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to boot. Its like a black screen before the windows to chick in. I have checked the boot order and i noticed that IPV4 and IPV6 are the first options and Windows boot manager is the 3rd option. As per my understanding Windows manager boot should be the first option. How do i change that and save upon exit. Is the F4 from the right side menu the option to chose after i change boot order. Why F4 saying SAVE CHANGES AND RESET!. Isnt that reset anything on my laptop or just save the changes done to the boot sequence. I will attach a screen shoot with my current boot order. Any help appreciated.
