Not sure if its worth mentioning, during production there were issues in testing there but not sure if its related to this
It seems highly unlikely that PCS overlooked the issues during testing and shipped the system broken.

Guys just a quick one could it be possible thats its faulty RAM slots on the motherboard? is it worth trying one RAM stick in every slot to see if it fixes it?

Very unlikely, but if you want to test, follow the RAM combinations recommended by ASUS in the motherboard manual.

Hi guys, back to sorting this issue out. Theres now 1 lonng beep followed by 2 short ones. This only happens with one of the RAM sticks in.

It means that the memory has not been detected: Try it with the other stick as well.

The PC now boots successfully, but with only one RAM stick. Setup and everything is complete. Is it possible for it to be a faulty ram stick?

Yes, does suggest that. You can create an RMA for just the RAM sticks and PCS will ship you a replacement pair next day for you to fit.

Im back again with more problems.
New RAM arrived today, just replaced and windows keeps bluescreening and bootlooping. Some of the error codes are
BAD_SYTEM_CONFIG_INFO
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
QUOTE_UNDERFLOW

Computer wont reset either, tried a full reset but went straight back to the recovery screen

I have taken out one of the ram sticks, and the DRAM light has now disappeared but is followed with a white VGA light. I have taken the GPU out and reconnected it yet the light is still there and also makes 1 long bleep followed by 3 short bleeps

Hmm, I would phone PCS now, they’re open til 8. There’s something fishy going on there.

Just got off the phone about 15 minutes ago with them, all issues went away after they went through a few things. The VGA light is now back after taking the GPU out twice but this time it has booted. Worth calling them back or is there a solution for this

Held the power button down for 10-15 seconds, then CMOS reset for 1-2 seconds. Then with one RAM stick in slot 2 booted up no problems. Then shut down the PC, placed the 2nd stick of ram in to slot 4 and booted without a problem. Then went into BIOS to enable XMP for max RAM speeds and issues sorted. Had to unplug the PC since I took it somewhere else where there space when phoning support. Plugged it in where it usually sits, and the VGA light is now just staying on.

Did you not mention to them about the graphics?

I would still be doing an RMA personally I think

Did mention the white VGA light however since it didn't come back after the RAM issue was sorted, they must've supposedly thought everything was perfect now
